We understand that things happen. Should you have an issue, please call us at (215)885-2727 or email sheara@mi-ladycorset.com  We always want to help if you have a fit issue!

Items purchase at a discounted price for any reason are final sale.

Strapless Bras purchased in-store are final sale.

All Special Orders are final sale. No exceptions.

All appropriate apparel can be exchanged for size, or returned for store credit only.  You must speak to someone at the store before sending back merchandise for any reason, in order to receive return authorization. Items must be mailed back or physically returned to the store within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition-- ie. unworn, no crushed cups, tags attached, no powder or odor, in the original packaging.

The Client is responsible for all costs for return freight, as well as any additional shipping costs.

We are not able to issue refunds due to manufacturer delays or delays in shipping times.

All products with adhesives are final sale.
